Orders & Payments
  • Orders are confirmed only after payment clears
  • All transactions are processed securely by third-party providers (we do not store your card info)
  • Prices are in USD and include VAT (if applicable).
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraud, errors, or stock issues are suspected
Shipping & Delivery
  • Currently, we ship only within Lebanon.
  • Standard delivery: 2–5 business days.
  • Free delivery is available on select promotional orders.
  • Once shipped, the package is your responsibility.
Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We’ll resolve it with either a replacement or store credit.

Limitation of Liability

Rugged Revive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item concerned.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Rugged Revive against any claims arising from your misuse of the Website or breach of these Terms.
