Return Eligibility

We currently do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns for opened or used skincare products.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • The wrong item was sent to you.
Reporting an Issue

To report a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: concierge@ruggedrevive.com, include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Our team will review your request and respond with next steps.

Refunds

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error is on our part.
Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll guide you through a refund or replacement process.

International Orders

We currently do not ship internationally, but we’re working on it. Stay tuned for global shipping options in the near future.

Right to Refuse

Rugged Revive reserves the right to decline refund requests that:

  • Fall outside the reporting window
  • Are missing valid proof
  • Appear tampered with or misused

If a return is refused, the item will not be refunded or replaced.
